Get ready! The Agriculture Department is hosting a special event, “PM Kisan Utsav Diwas,” at Bapu Sabhagar near Gandhi Maidan this Saturday. The main highlight? Distribution of the 20th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for eligible farmers.
Deputy Chief Minister and Agriculture Minister Vijay Sinha gave a full overview of the event and its key features. He highlighted how the PM Kisan 20th installment will reach eligible farmers and talked about the many benefits planned for the day.
Sinha also explained the new steps the Agriculture Department is taking to make sure farmers across Bihar get the support they need. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will connect online from Varanasi to transfer the next PM Kisan Samman Nidhi payment straight into farmers’ bank accounts. This means the much-awaited PM Kisan 20th installment date is officially here.
The event will kick off with Central Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan as the chief guest. Also joining are Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chowdhary and other top state ministers, including Cooperative Minister Prem Kumar, Health Minister Mangal Pandey, Animal and Fish Resources Minister Renu Devi, and Road Construction Minister Nitin Navin.
Farmers from all 38 districts of Bihar will take part. Over 5,000 farmers, scientists from Krishi Vigyan Kendras, agriculture department officers, and Krishak Mitras will be there. This is a huge gathering to celebrate success, connect with experts, and get the latest on PM Kisan Yojana benefits.
